Merchandise in stock is nornally shipped within 2 - 4 business days, except during peak Holiday Seasons when the order has been paid by charge, money order or cashier's check. If you must have an item by a specific date please make us aware of that date. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package.
Merchandise is usually shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). In the unlikely event that something is broken in shipment, please retain the carton and packing materials and contact us so we can take care of the problem for you. Between UPS and Ohio Valley Trains, Ltd., we will make sure you are satisified.
